Our therapy assistants are invaluable to the smooth running of our practice. They help out wherever they are needed; from assisting in therapy, running groups, continuing treatment so your therapists have time to talk to you, developing resources and maintaining the tidiness and cleanliness of our clinics.

Therapy Assistants


Sophie has completed a Bachelor of Health Science at Deakin University in 2016 and decided to return to university as a mature aged student to study Occupational Therapy to further her education.  She has worked with kids on and off with kids for 10 years and hopes to work within the area of pediatrics once she graduates.

Sophie is based at our Ormond clinic.


Kellie is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist and Mum of 4 children of her own! Kellie currently volunteers her spare time on her local school council and also at RCH on the Human Research and Ethics Committee.

Kellie works at our Kensington site.


James is currently studying a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours at Monash University. James loves working with children and has experience connecting with them as a Tennis and Australian Rules Football coach; he strives to apply these skills to a therapeutic environment. He is very passionate about the importance of mental health across all demographics with a particular interest in clinical psychology and helping people reach their full potential mentally. James is based at our Ormond clinic.


Cassandra has completed a Bachelor of Health Science at Deakin University as well as a Certificate in Speech Pathology Assistance.
Cassandra wishes to further her study in the field of Speech Pathology as she loves working with kids to help them reach their full potential. Cassandra works at our Kensington site.


Sujith has completed his Diploma in Counselling and also his Certificate of Education Support – Integration / Teacher Aide from Monash University. Sujith loves working with kids and helping to bring out the creative side in them.  He has volunteered in various not-for-profit organisations over the years to mentor children in need. Sujith works at our Ormond clinic.


Denis recently graduated from a Graduate Diploma in Psychology (Advanced) from the University of Melbourne. Currently taking a break from study to gain practical experience working with children, Denis is passionate about mental health needs, and seeks to assist children and their families develop tools for lifelong resilience. In his spare time he also volunteers with a mental health service making outreach calls to those with psychosocial disability.
